Meet Our Leadership!

Pastors Erzell and Angela Wofford are the senior leaders of Bethesda Healing Center International Ministries in South Holland, Illinois. Their ministry together is an example to the Body of Christ of a husband and wife team working together for the Kingdom of God. Their church is under the leadership of Christian International Ministries, which provides apostolic covering and relationship. Dr. Bill Hamon is the founder of CI.

In September 2001, God birthed Bethesda Healing Center International Ministries with a vision to restore God’s people to their path that lends to purpose and destiny in God. To teach, equip, activate, mature and send out God’s people to do the work of the ministry is also a part of that vision.

Erzell & Angela carry an anointing to activate the saints in the gifts of the Spirit. Along with the call to pastor, they travel as an apostolic/prophetic team to churches and nations imparting both the spirit of wisdom and revelation to establish the church and break open territories through spiritual warfare. The purpose for this is for the Kingdom of God to be experienced in a powerful and practical way.

Erzell & Angela met at Eastern Illinois University. They married and were both successful in corporate America, Erzell as an insurance executive and Angela in management with service and manufacturing companies. It was during these times that God was developing them to pastor together. After 10 years in the business world, Angela felt God telling her to leave corporate America, so in 1993 she left and never looked back. At the same time, God was dealing with Erzell about starting an insurance consulting firm, so both did what God was telling them to do. During this time God began to increase their hunger for him. They began to study for the ministry and in 2000 they became licensed ministers with Christian International Ministries. They are now ordained as Apostle & Prophet with Christian International Ministries.

Angela has an assignment to our Nation’s government. She has been to Washington D.C. to pray for this nation, its senators, representatives and their staffs. Angela has also written many manuals for instruction to the Body of Christ. Some of her manuals are: New Image, Spiritual Jurisdiction, In Pursuit of His Presence and Holy Spirit & His Gifts.

Erzell & Angela have been in ministry for more than 20 years and they are building a thriving church in South Holland, Illinois- a suburb of Chicago. Married for more than 30 years, Erzell and Angela have a passion to see strong families grow and be healthy. They are the parents of two sons, Anthony and Aaron. Together they reside in South Holland, Illinois.
