Beyond the Book Kickoff!

Beyond the Book book club for women has officially kicked off!

We appreciate all of the ladies who came out, but in case you missed it, don't worry- we took notes.

Remember our first read is "Healing Toxic Emotions" by Mary Alice Isleib. We're aiming to have read the first three chapters by the next meeting, which will be on 7/11 at the Panera Bread in Alsip, IL.

Things to ponder while reading:

*The way you feel controls your life.

*Your identity suffers greatly when your emotions are toxic.

*Shame is the only emotion that deals with the core of your identity.
